Connectivity test failed on ultrium 448 using hp l&tt

please help. when I run a connectivity test I get the following error description
LTO_SM_BufferRdWr:Check condition sense value returned: SenseKey = 0b,ASC/ASCQ = 47/01

try a firmware update and check for error msg.
Is there pb with temperature ?

according to your support ticket the Removable Storage Manager (RSM) Service is running. Consider to stop the service and check connectivity again.

47/01, scsi parity error(DATA PHASE CRC ERROR DETECTED), plus lot if info are missing from the lto in the ticket.

This may be caused by any of the devices connected to the scsi chain:
HBA, scsi cable, LTO drive or Terminator.
Check each of these components, one have problems.
