Convert ESL286e mixed media to LTO only

Hi,

I have a customer with a mixed media ESL286e, left side LTO, right side SDLT. He wants to convert the right side to LTO as well, then there will only be LTO drives in the Library. His contacts (technical sales) cannot find any part numbers he can purchase to do this. Does anybody know if it can be done and what are the orderable options for the right-side panels and backwall magazines to convert them to LTO?

Hello,

Since the rigth side bin panels are not part of a SKU, then you need to elevate this through normal support channels until it gets to the product lab level.  The lab can then work to get the parts the customer needs and can also get the prices for these parts as well.
