Critical Error 1

I am using red hat enterprise linux 5
a ultrium 920 with data protector express 4.00
I have completed a full backup of the local machine and am trying to do a system recovery.
The computer boots from the tape drive and after selecting and confirming to do a full recovery it starts loading modules but then stops with 'critical error 1 drm:Error putting server information'
Any ideas ?
