Data Protector 6.0 and SQL Server 2008 Integration support?
Hello all,
Currently we are running on DP 6.0. It has been a while since we patched and I notice the only SQL agent option is MS SQL 7.0/2000. Our cell server is currently running on Windows Server 2003 and we want to begin backing up SQL Server 2008 databases on a Windows Server 2003 32-bit server. I have looked at the patches available but am not sure exactly which ones I would need.
My second question is after applying the patch for SQL Server, don't I need to update the rest of my SQL servers with the latest patch? How would I go about doing this?
Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to offer!
