Data Protector Express 3.5 Alert on Wrong Tape

We use Data Protection Express 3.5 to backup our Windows 2003, Small Business Server. The issue I have is I want run a batch file if the Wrong Media is inserted.

Consider this scenerio, our backup is scheduled for 11:50pm, the pre backup execution scripts take some services off line. However if someone forgot to swap the tape over, I want to alert support via email / sms by calling my script failBackup.cmd file. In this example the command line, in 'Execution \ after failed backup' does not trigger until the Alert is Acknowledged.

This alert will not be acknowleged until the next day when its too late....

Any ideas????
