Data Protector Express 4.0 Sp1 backup share EMC celerra folder

Hello, I have a HP DL360 G6 server and Ultrium LTO 4 drive. I need to backup EMC Celerra CIFS share folder so I created a mapped drive ( O: ) and I select in Data Protector Express the folders (local C: drive and mapped drive O: ) and files for backup.
When I launch the backup process, after 5 minutes the programm gives me "error 122 unexpected operating system error" and fails all backup.

My OS is windows server 2008 R2 Standard.

Any solution from your part will be appreciated.
