Data Protector Express 6.0 Disaster Recovery, missing network driver
Hi,
I hope that I can also ask a question about DP Express here.
I have a tape library connected to a Windows SBS 2003 and use it to back up a couple of Windows 7 64bit machines.
Trying to test disaster recovery and created DR boot CDs from DP Express.
Works fine for one HP workstation with a single HD. It finds the media server and offers me to restore the entire HD.
When I'm trying the same on a Lenovo T420 it looks like the correct network driver is missing from the DR boot media.
It can't connect to the media server. I tried to load manually some network drivers but so far without success.
Installed network adapter according to Device Manager:
Intel 82579LM Gigabit Network
Regards,
Andreas
