Data Protector Express - Application Hang

I have same problem with Data Protector Express v3.50 sp2, when i try go to Preferences, or Properties for Admin account. I'm running Windows Server 2003 without antivirus software.

Any ideas?

same problem here!!!

the process hangs, dataprotector express v.3.50 SP2, windows 2003 sp1.....
no antivirus installed....

with hp surestore dat72x10 autoloader tape unit!!

can anyone please open a trouble ticket wi HP software support?? the unit and software were installed on july..... worked fine (no issue referred from customer) for a month....

then randomly presented this issue....

I am running version 4 on Windows Server 2003 Standard and Trend Micro. I have the same problem. I have been working with HP on it for 2 days now. I will let you know what, if anything, works
