Data Protector Express basic 5.0 error 4467

Hi ,

please I need a help, I have dpx basic version 5.0 installed on linux redhat and I use HP 1x8 G2 AUTOLDR (serial Number MXA103Z33S) for backup.

I get  error 4467  when trying to identifier tape inside the slot1,other  tapes of slot (2 to 8)  are identified..

Hi Vhabibn,

Error 4467 is complaining about a "reserved slot\barcode" used. Since you have this issue with only slot1, it is possible that you have configured the slot 1 as a reserved slot or a cleaning slot.

Check the configuration in your hardware or the software to fix the issue
