Hi,

Anyone has this problem..?

HP DP SSE installed on Win Server 2003. Connected to D2D backup.

There are lots of problems reported as the same as mine encountered in this forum but just very small problems are solved.

hi,

The errors reported are complaining that the tape drive you are using for the backup is not connected or the I\O couldn't be completed for the device. Please check at the OS level if the device is coming up properly and that there is no disconnections happening.

Also the DPX 4 version you are using is a bit older one and there is a last version available for upgrade. I will recommand to try and get the installation to the last version available whioch has a lot of problems fixed.
