Data Protector Express license not shown

Hi,

after restarting Data Protector Express 4.0-SP1 service on a Windows 2003-R2, the active licence and the 'new' option are not shown anymore.

The local backup of the server itself is still running, but i want to add a licence for a new server on the network and i cannot do it.

In attachment the picture in French (Help = Aide), any idea?
