Data Protector Express showing that devices are offline.
Problem: The data protector shows devices (Tape drive & DVD status as idle after we experienced a power failure, I rebooted the device and the server but still the devices are showing offline status.
Server Information:
I am administering a NetWare 6.5 SPR 06
Server version 5.70.06
eDirectory version 8.7.3.9 SMP
NDS Version 10553.73
Data protector software information
Data protector Express 3.50-sp2 (Build 344797) for Netware
Device Information
HP StorgaeWorks Ultrium 448.
I wonder if the problem is with the devices or the software.
Attachded ares the screenshots from the DataProtector GUI.

Re: Data Protector Express showing that devices are offline.
somehow the whole domain server is offline I see a client online as well so do you have network license as well? Try a reboot.
Maybel your client took the base license and the domain is offline right now.
