Data Protector Express SSE 3.5 to SSE 4.0?
We have an LTO drive that shipped with DPX 3.5 SSE and would like to be able to upgrade to DPX 4.0 SSE so we can use the drive with Windows 2008 x64.
We have obtained a key by following the instructions on the disc, but it is not valid for use with version 4.0.
How do we go about getting a key for DPX 4.0 SSE?
We do not require (or wish to pay for) an upgrade to the full version of DPX 4.0.
Surely we should be entitled to support for basic 2008 x64 backup with our drive purchase?
