Data protector Express Tape cleaning

How often do i neeto clean the tape for DP Express, i have been getting errors in my backups due to bad or worn media.

Hi Tobez,

You should really let your tape drive dictate to you when it requires cleaning, not DP Express. What kind of drive is it? Are you able to connect and run an analysis?

HP Replaced Drive, works fine.
