I am having an erro msg 61 "incorrect license entered" althogh I've carefully and correctly entered the exact key for the product which I've purchased which is DPX 4.0 SP1 Backup server 4.0 SP1.

I have also had licensing issues with DPX 4.0 SP1. I would recommend you open a support case with HP.

What is the product number of the License you are entering? do you have 3.5 or 4.0 ?
