Dataprotector Express 3.5 network backup
Hello,
I have one Proliant with Windows2003 x64 with one
Ultrium tape driver and a NAS IoMega Backup (with
his appliance Windows2000 server).
I need to backup the Proliant and NAS with one installed and licensed DP Express 3.5: but I'm not able to backup shared directories and it is not possible to see NAS server in the Data Protector Domain existent in my Proliant.
What version of DP Express should I buy? What can I do with multiple servers inside my lan?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Dataprotector Express 3.5 network backup
Hi,
If your DP express is the network edition (BB117AA) you can only buy additional licences for the additional servers you want to backup.
If you are using a DP express single server edition (C1529-10045), you will have to upgrade it to network edition (BB117ET)and add other licences for other servers
Hope this helps
