Dataprotector express 3.5 sp1 and dataprotector express 4.1

Hi
Some very rare condition with schedule running job with data protector express 3.5 sp1 and dataprotector express 4.1 sp1.

Schedules are ok , running for a some days after stop ruuning , saying insert a valid media or the backup is complete but 0 bytes are recorded.

Is really data protector express a good solution for backup or I should forget this and go to dataprotector 6.1 or later?

Data protector express is a different product from Data protector

yes both are HP products
yes both serve for backup

no I can't do anything about our marketing guys for making them choose better naming conventions
