Dataprotector Express 3.5SP2 SSE won't install on Windows 2000 Server

Hi,
I have an issue with DPX 3.5SP2 on a Proliant ML350G5 with Windows 2000 Server.
I added an HP LTO3 internal SAS with a HP/LSI SC44GE HBA and the DPX bundled with the tape drive won't install on Windows 2000 Server.
The wizard exits with the following error message:
166 (0xa6) This software is not supported on your operating system
Quickspecs say it is:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12462_div/12462_div.HTML
Tried to acces the wizard on a WinXP Pro WS and all options where available; so the media is ok.
LTT45 says the hardware and HBA driver configuration is ok as well; passed all tests.

Patched server up the w.... with all relevant software updates. Problem solved.

We have seen by default Windows 2000 SP4 comes with Internet Explorer 5 and this is causing the problem while installing DPX.

So we would suggest you upgrade IE to 6 and run installation.
