Dataprotector Express Licence Upgrade problem
Hi, I tried to upgrade DPE3.5 to DPE40 following (I believe the correct way):
I got with DAT72 drive software DPE3.5 SSE, then I upgraded it to full version with BB117ET, so I had DPE3.5 full version. Then later I tried to upgrade this DPE3.5 to new version DPE4.0 using "BB117BV - DPE version upgrade", but no luck, BB117BV-DPE40 refuses to accept old license key from DPE35 (maybe because working DPE35 was upgraded from DPE35 SSE). Has somebody an idea ? Thanks.
Ivan
