DDS 4 tape drive not working

i hve the problem with the DDS 4 tape drive ,on the hp proliant server,with the os windows 2k3 ,when i inserting the tape media inside the dat drive the tape automatically ejects within 2-7 seconds ,and already told to hp customercare ,hp ers also visited there ,and my problem not sorted out ,what should i do to make in order

Hi,

what kind of tape do you try to insert?
have you also tried a cleaning tape?
