What are the differences between DW061A and DW025A USB external driver ?

I read "External Tape Drive" and "Trade-Ready Tape Drive", what type features are in  these devices ?

I believe that the  "trade ready" drives are the ones HP sells to other HW manufacturers... you would not see that drive ever in an HP box (or HP library, etc.).

In any case, the HW should be the same, I would expect only the firmware to be different.  I can't guarantee that the actual seller would keep the firmware at the most current rev HP does, but you should check their support website to be sure.
