DP Express can't recognized

Hi All,

We have 1 unit HP 1/8 G2 LTO-4 Ultr 1760 SAS Autoloader (AK377A) connect to DL380 G6 using Data Protector Express, the autoloader cannot recognized on Redhat Enterprise 4.0.

We already serviced the autoloader to HP Service Center & the problem still can't solved.

Please advise. Thank you
