DP Taking too much time while taking backup

Dear all,

while we taking backup from data protector it take too much time like 14 hrs while in best scenario it take the backup about in 2-3 hrs maximum.

we are using Data protector v 6.00 and 2024 library.

please guide me to fix the problem.
