Drive Communications Error on Autoloader 1/8 g2
Hi we continue to get the error as listed below from our Autoloader. Anyone else seen this one? The Windows server that the Autoloader is attached to has no errors to speak of. We are using an Ultrium 448 or LTO-2 drive installed. We are on the latest formware for both the changer and the drive itself.

Re: Drive Communications Error on Autoloader 1/8 g2
Try reseating the drive. Does the autoloader have a terminator on the back?

Re: Drive Communications Error on Autoloader 1/8 g2
Yes the drive has a terminator in the back. I was wondering why this error would come up all of a sudden? In the past we received the same error and the autoloader chassis & drive were replaced and this solved the problem. Do we have the same hardware problem again?
