EML 103 & "Hung" Support Ticket...........

Hello All
I have an EML library - Some days ago an attempt to generate a support ticket was made. However this failed to complete and now the libary cannot be managed with Command View TL. The status says "support ticket generation in progress".
A power off, reboot and reboot of all the sub components fails to clear this. There must be some sort of flag that needs to be cleared. Has anyone any idea how to resolve this. Many thanks in advance.

Hi,

U just power off then after 10-15 mints power on then check now what is error massage in EML front panel check the log file.

If possible then put here.

I wont be able to power it off again until next week.
When i did power it off previously, it was off for 5 minutes.
The only error on the LCD was a message to say the interface controller needed rebooting. This was done from a telnet session OK.
Are you suggesting the library knows how long it has been powered off for resolve this problem.

resolved this by simply restarting the command view TL service.
I was looking too deep in this problem.
