When i try to upgrade the firmware of Interface controller i will fail as shown on hte picture

What is the status for the OC in command view?

i tried that and shows this message:

[[5039] Can't run operation REBOOT_OBJECTS_OPID because FIRMWARE_DOWNLOAD is already running.; nested exception is:

even i tried to reboot the library many times but always keep showing this message:

Based on this screenshot I would consider to do the following:

- park the robot (select "open door" on the front panel), power cycle the library (switch it off).

After power-on check the status again.

hello again,

no matter what operation or command i run it always keep showing this error {operation failed firmware download is running } in fact that is not true,  i tried firmware upgrade weeks ago and after that i restarted the library more that 20 times

but still shows same error

Most likely this IC has a problem and need to be replaced. Consider to call HP support.
