End of data error

I am trying to use DP Express SSE on a Supermicro Server with Win 2008 R2 x64. The drive is an internal HP Ultrium 448 SAS with HP SC44Ge controller. The drive is working perfectly according to HP diagnostics, giving a compressed speed of 80MB/s and also backups / restores ok using BackupAssist. However with DP Express SSE, I get an End of Data error when trying to backup, although format works ok. I tried the suggestion of somebody in the net, to rebuild the DP database, but no luck. Anybody can help?
