Error 2147754771

I have started working at a new location and it appears they are using Data Protector Express to backup one of the servers.  However, every few days I get an error logs that says: Server1 Error 2147754771: See your documentation for error information.  (Server1 is the server name).

The strange thing is it does not do it everytime the backup is scheduled and if I do it manually, everything goes through without a hitch.  I can't find anything ANYWHERE that tells me what that error code means.  Any ideas?

I have the same error at same strange conditions.

It could be something with right management error, when logged off ?
