error 4030: illegal request every file i backup

I have the same error mesage - 4030
OS - Windows 2003 SP2
Version of storport.sys is 5.2.3790.3959.
I used 32bit PCI slot.

what kind of files are you backing up?
What backup device are you using? firware and drivers?
What have you tried already to solve this problem?

Backup Local Machine & Backup specific and choose SQL components.
What backup device are you using? firware and drivers?
HP 1x8 G2 Autoloader, HP Data Protector Express, and I also try to use Yosemite (also same error message)
What have you tried already to solve this problem?
Iâ lll tried to re-install SCSI adapter, re-install HP program.

I have the same error. I can format tapes and erase, but can't backup. I reloaded the OS of the PC connected to the tape drive. I reloaded all software and drivers, but still no luck. I updated all drivers to the latest versions. I changed the SCSI cable to a different port on the card and the tape library. Everything worked fine until a power failure 2 weeks back. My setup is as follows:
PC connected to hardware: Windows XP 64-bit
Agents loaded on the servers.
SCSI card: ATTO ExpressPCI UL5D LP
Tape Library: MSL2024
DPX: Ver 3.5 SP2

I'm busy running a full diagnostic with HP Library and Tape Tools 4.6. After that I will try loading DPX 4.0.

Is there anything else I can try?
