Error 4071 data protector Express 6 (no found tape)

plase help me ;

I have a problem of communication  HP MSL 4048 G3 Serie with HP Data Protector Express 6

I can use a command mtx under linux and backup my data in tape, but I can not save them through data protector Express error (4071) .

DP6 is detecting tape drives and MSL multiple times.
Something wrong in path configuration or compatibility.
Did you tried to restore using Linux native command?
Is it working?
