Hi,
I have a problem with my data protector express,
when i try to do backup,this error appear:

Error 4462:The media was not prepared for boot with HP's One button Disaster Recovery (ODBR) Solution.

but,the backup process still running,

why this situation happen??

Hi,
I have the same problem. I formatted all the tapes and worked for a while, after two weeks the problem reapers. Does some body have a solution?
