Error: 8A 4B / Tabe Library / HP StorageWorks 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader

Hello everybody. I have the error "Mechanical Block Code: 8A 4B". Can anybody help me? Thank you

This means

8A - slider is reporting the issue

4b - Destination blocked or full

 

For any reason the robot cannot store a tape, because the destination slot or drive is already occuied.
