Error code 1025 on msl5000

I have a MSL5000 SERIES TAPE LIBRARY with two drives, firmware 5.20, We run bridgehead software. can you tell me what error code 1025 (06,28,8d) is as this could be the cause of some of my backup failures. For some reason I cant work it out, it cannot load the tape. The unit itself has been check and works when loading and loading the tapes manually.

Exception : Unrecognised 'unit attention' condition (06,28,8D).
Error code : 1025
