Error media after 96% complete

I keep getting the error please insert compatible media after the backup is 98% completed. i use data protector express 3,5. my backup is aproxx 120GB my tapes are 200GB.
waht could be te problem?

If you put another tape in does the backup continue?

Perhaps your tapes are 200GB compressed and your data is not compressible enough to fit on one tape.

Thanks, i will try to reduce the backup size. because i use an HP 1x8 autoloader and four each day i use an tape en 4 for every week. So i can't insert en tape.
