Error message ,while backup job run


I used hp storage works ultrium 960 as storage device & arcserve 11 as backup software. when I run the job , backup is running but not full completed. As for example, my recent backup job has 4 sessions. During three session it has backuped all the dat from different servers, but in 4th session , the error message shown "unable to find this media or blank media" and the session has cancelled. what will be the solution?

This is an issue with arcerve though I dont know the solution but it could be looking for a media with a particular label
