esl 712e tape library Load port status errror
after add tape into the load port ,both load ports cannt inventory ,and the status on OCP display error .
Show lib info will display the following error message:
/>show lib info

System Health Red One or more storage system components are in a
n error state.
Sensors:
Frame 1 Green Initializing
Or sensor display the follow error
Sensors:
Frame 1 Red Inoperative - User Intervention Needed.
The process of solution:
1.Replace Load port sensor and check the library status failed
2.Replace the Load port solenoid and check the library status failed
3.Replace the robotics assembly and the check the library status OK
Show lib info will display the following error message:

Re: esl 712e tape library Load port status errror
The library isn't detecting that the load ports have closed correctly. Make certain that the load ports are closed tightly and if necessary power cycle. If the library doesn't detect the load ports closed after that the sensor alignment may be off.
