ESL712e EXTENSION HARDWARE FAILURE
Hi I've got an error message on the OCP:
0204 8329 EXTENSION HARDWARE FAILURE, is the correct Sense key as below:
Sense Key ASC ASCQ Message Name / Description
4 83 00-BF EXTENSION HARDWARE FAILURE
Am I reading it right as there are no examples in the manual. If I am, how do I fix it?

Re: ESL712e EXTENSION HARDWARE FAILURE
You have got extension failure. - What a stupid answer :)
The extension is the robotics z-axis.
Meaning when its reaching out for the tape, to pull or put the tape in the bin or drive.
2 reasons:
Something is obstructing the extension. Or you have got a defective robotics.
Open door check visually, for anything obviously.
Close door.
Clear message
test robot using the ocp
