Failure on restoring with Data Protector Express 5.0

Hello,

I want to restore Data from tape after a hard disk crash. I have re-installes OS and DP, but if I try to import the Tape, after exactly 21 minutes I get "4040 Hardware error". The file-list shows me some files with an exclamation mark, some files without. It seems, as he get's only the backup from dezember 2010 (the first set on tape), not from may 2011 (the last set on tape). On another server, I can see all files in both sets.

How can I persuade the original server, to read both sets on the tape and restore the last version of the file?
