Faulty FC Card?

Faulty FC Card?

We've lost comms to two drives installed in our MSL 6000 series tape library.  Looking at the back the power light is not illuminated on the FC card installed next to the drives.  Cabling is fine.  Is the problem likely to be with the FC card or the board it connects to?  Any ideas/suggestions appreciated.  Thanks
