How can i found Order nuber which is requested on 3rd july . and can u tell me what is Entitle ment certificate

Hi Akki,

I am not sure of the Order number.
The Entitlement Certificate is supplied electronically. It is in the \doc directory on the software CD-ROM. This can be accessed directly or by selecting Get License Key on the Splash screen that runs when you insert the HP Data Protector Express Software Single Server Edition CD-ROM.
The Registration Number is in the top right-hand corner of the Entitlement Certificate.

Using this Registration number, you can register your copy of DPX with the HP Authorization Centre at https://webkey.external.hp.com/welcome.asp.
and get your permanent licence for Data Protector Express

If you install Data Protector Express with the CD supplied with tape Drive then the entlitement certificade is by default here C:\Program Files\HP\Data Protector Express\doc

In the license key entitlement certificade you will find the order number then just go to www.webware.hp.com and paste order number so you can have permanent DPE SSE license.
