getting error code 3015,and media is not coming out from drive

i am getting error code 3015(soft).the media is not coming out from drive.i tried through UMa,manualy too but its not coming out.even rebooted the msl 6000

What this means is that the Loader detects unload command time-out

Press Enter button to reboot
Update library firmware to the latest version using Library and tape tools

Ensure the drive shows good/ready/no tape/idle status ( Home -> Status)

Deactivate the drive using the front panel GUI ( Home -> Menu -> Maintenance -> Replace Drive -> Deactivate Drive)

Reseat the drive

Try loading and then unloading a cartridge in the drive to verify the failure.

Check the tape cartridge used in the last operation for damage.

Run the cartridge cycle diagnostic to verify. ( Home -> Menu -> Security Level enter service password 5566) -> Back -> Diagnostics -> Cartridge Cycle)

Caution: The Cartridge Cycle diagnostic will mix up the cartridge inventory (put tapes in random slots.) Document which tapes where in each slot before beginning so that the inventory can manually be restored after the diagnostic is complete.
