Hardware error - HP 1/8 Ultrium 920 G2 Autoloader

Am experiencing a hardware error with backupexec and my HP 1/8 Ultrium 920 G2 Autoloader. I have tried the following:

1. Updated firmware on drive and changer
2. Updated drivers to latest version
3. Updated backupexec to SP1
4. Changed SCSI ID
5. Set removable storage service to manual.

LTT reported no errors. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Walter,

can you please specify,
where you get this error on the display or the RMI, if yes what is the code

or this happens in the log of the symantec SW. If this is the case what is the error.

Ltt is a trustworthy test tool, so i assume it is some SW issue, but... :)

Can you try also a small test backup job with someother backup SW(for example the build-in OS-backup SW.
