How to copy file from tape to HDD

Hello all,

I have problem with my tape. I need copy some contents from tape to HDD.
But my goal is restore. We are using Novell Open Enterprise and needs to restore from tape only on folder. http://wiki.novell.com/index.php/Nbackup

Any reply highly appreciated.
