how to make an identical copy of a tape?

hi, i'm using data protector express 3.10-sp4, and hp 1x8 G2 autoloader.
how can i copy one tape to another? thanks

First upgrade to 3.5sp2

Then Create a D2D device with cartridges the same size as the autoloader

Finally copy from tape to Virtual Library and then from virtual library to new tape.

i'm using single server edition, and the virtual library doesn't allow me to create a storage more than 100G, and my cartridges is 200G, so it's still not working yet. thanks for your help

Then you will need to install DPE evaluation License run a import media job then copy media.
