HP Autoloader 1/8 G2 and HP StorageWorks PCI-e U320 SCSI Issue

I have a site that is getting:

Error category : Backup Device Errors
Error : e00084eb - The storage device was reset.
For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-34027

Job fails at random places in the backup job and all data is from the local server - no Exchange, all local data.

Autoloader is an HP Autoloader 1/8 G2 with an LTO-2 Ultrium 448 drive in it – It’s in the compatibility list and I have put all latest firmware (same as recommended, 1.80 and S63W)

Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2, 32 bit
Backup Exec 11.0 (build 7170) with sp2 and all Hotfixes upto 44

SCSI card is an HP StorageWorks PCI-e U320 – Latest ATTO driver

One SCSI cable from the controller to the Autoloader and a terminator on the second autoloader connector.

Within Backup Exec, Dowloaded latest DDI Drivers 36
RSM (Removable Storage Service) is disabled.

Nothing posted in the Event Viewer / System log.

Application log has the following 3 events:

The autoloader works as it take the tapes and put in the drive and the inventory/label works fine.

I'm doing some tests with the HP Driver (1.0.5.1), same problem occurs, with NTBackup too:

Error: C: is not a valid drive, or you do not have access.

I run some tests with HP Library and Tape tools, all Library tests runs OK,
For the Drive: Device Analysis & Connectivity Test - PASSED
I'm currently running a "LTO Drive Assessment Test" that give me a warning:
"There are indications that the drive is experiencing a high polling rate on the SCSI Interface.
This could be due to RSM or it could be due to another host.
High polling rates can interrupt the normal operation of the drive, and significantly reduce performance."

As I said before, the RSM Service is Disabled, so it probably come from another part.

The SCSI Controller from HP use a driver ATTO (ExpressPCI UL5D) instead of the majority that use LSI, I leave default parameters
Theres' the parameters:

Controller ID: 7 (free to put any value)
Termination: Auto (Auto, High)
Selection Timeout (ms): 250 (1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128,250,500,1000)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
