HP dat 72 USB unknown

Hello, I installed the Data Protection Express Single Server Ed.ver. 4.0.SP1 with Windows 7 PRO. 64bit. I have a 72GB USB Dat cod.HP C7438A. Windows is configured correctly the DAT but Data Protector tells me that the unit is unknown.
Can you help?

I have the same problem with DATA PROTECTTION
Data Protection Express Single Server Ed.ver. 4.0.SP1 with Windows 7 PRO. 32bit. I have a 72GB USB Dat
