HP DAT72x10 Autoloader not seen corectly

My DAT72x10 fails to apear in Backup exec and in HP LTT it will only see the DAT and loader as seperat units and hence i cannot test it.

I am running XP Profesional
Adaptec 39320
Multipule LUNs enabled.

I have downloaded the HP drivers and instaled them.
Has anyone got any ideas to solve this
