hp data protector 3

i am using HP Storage Works DAT 72 USB together with Data Protector Express 3.10 - Sp4.
i'm trying to restore a single file from my backup, but i get the Error 1401 : Please insert compatible media.
if i insert the last tape the restore is ok but if i insert the tape of last month i get the alert message.
the back up is daily an full, and i change tape every day.

Stefano you are missing the good old VERSIONS botton I also recomend you to upgrade to 3.5sp2
