HP Data Protector Express 3.5 sp2 and 1/8 Ultrium 232 G2 Tape Autoloader

Hi All,

From few weeks I'm user of
HP StorageWorks Autoloader 1/8 G2 Ultrium 232
and HP Data Protector Express 3.5 sp2.
Almost everything works fine, the only one problem which I've got is that operation MOve Tape is not working.
I'm triyng to automate some things cause this hardware in couple of days will be operate by non-technical people - so after full backup tape should be automatically move to mailslot and next day user will pick up the tape and take it offsite. And later when user drop enother tape to mailslot - tape should move to some slot.
When I'm runing operation Move Tape in Data Protector Express it's not doing anything, it's just showing that it's runing and it's counting time ...
Does anyone have idea how to solve that ??

And my second question:
Is it possible to write some kind of script which will manage Autoloader ?? Eg:
IF TapeX in Mailslot THEN MOve IT to Slot X ...
ELSE send email ...

I'm runing this software on Windows 2003 and HP Proliant DL3800 G5 ...

I found one more thing:
moving tape from Storage Slot to MailSlot works fine but Moving from Mailslot doesn't.
So it's going to be more complicated than before ... :(
Any Ideas ??
