HP Data Protector Express SSE Edition

have a valid licence of Data Protector Express SSE Edition that came with HP DAT 160 USB Kit.
Its version 3.5.

Now I saw the version 4.5 exists, but I am unable to get /download it from HP.

Where could I get the latest version?

My second question is:Compatibilty with Windows 7 ?
